Beware of Frederick Nieman and his upcoming seminar on Medicaid Changes on May 21, 2014 at Van Dyke Hospice Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ.

Here's yet another Fredrick Niemann Seminar that you need to steer clear of.  Niemann is the Managing Partner of the law firm Hanlon Niemann in Freehold, NJ.  Niemann and his partners are only concerned with one thing . . . Billable Hours.  Moreover, when I retained the firm to handle a simple trust issue, they not only botched it, dropped the ball and lost miserably, but they made things worse.  Much worse.

For their negligent and irresponsible representation, I lost more than $25,000 in legal fees that left me in far worse shape than when I retained the firm.  The attorneys involved with my issues were Bonnie Wright, and then when she screwed up, Frederick Niemann and Christopher Hanlon handled the cover up, denials and then the silence.

The last firm you want for Health Care Issues or Elder Care Issues is Hanlon Niemann of Freehold, NJ.  This may just be one of the worst firms in New Jersey.

Frederick Niemann the Managing Partner at HanlonNiemann Law Firm in Freehold has announced a Workshop to be held on June 17 at the Middletown Senior Center in Leonardo, New Jersey.  Niemann and his partner Christopher Hanlon, along with Senior Associate Bonnie Wright are incompetent and extremely dangerous attorneys. 

If you want a fraudster and someone that will live up the lawyers' reputations of being worse than used car salesman, run to the Workshop and hire this firm.  If you want to protect you assets, stay far away from the law firm HanlonNiemann and all of their attorneys - Frederick Niemann, Chistopher Hanlon and Bonnie Wright.

COMPLAINT - Joel Davies, partner at Taff & Davies, in Toms River Manufactures Evidence

Joel Davies is one of the nastiest attorneys you will meet.  One of my attorneys called him "slimy."  That does not even begin to describe this man that will do anything for his clients.

Case in point.  Joel Davies manufactured evidence on a copy machine when he needed to show proof of mailing service.  His simply little trick was exposed because this was the only way to get the same effect as on the evidence he submitted.  His photo copies (not the originals) were easily reconstructed with an envelope and a copy machine.

If you are looking for a dirty attorney that will do anything, Joel Davies is your guy.  If you 're looking for a reputable attorney, don't go anywhere near the law firm off Taff & Davies in Toms River, NJ.

Frederick Niemann has announced a seminar on Estate Planning v. Elder Planning. Beware of this attorney.  He is a fraudster and is he Managing Partner of a law firm, Hanlon Niemann in Freehold.  The waste-your-time seminar will be at the We Care Adult Day Care Center in Red Bank.  This firm (partners and associates) have proven their incompetence as a law firm when they totally dropped the ball on two cases they were handling regarding a forged Will and a dishonest Trustee.

New Jersey’s Worst Law Firm – Hanlon Niemann in Freehold = = Christopher Hanlon, Frederick Nieman, BONNIE WRIGHT, Michael Prashad and Matthew Rasmussen

If you are referred to Hanlon Niemann or any of the partners and associates referenced above, my suggestion is to RUN.  Run away as fast as you can.  This is a firm that promotes themselves as a TEAM but they are anything but a team.  The attorney handling your case is on his or her own.  They don’t share responsibility and the partners stick their heads in the ground when and associate screws up.

Recently I had the misfortune of using this firm, from a recommendation from another firm who got a 15% commission for the referral.  My $10,000 went quicker than I could track, and in the middle of the matter, my attorney decided to go on a cruise and DROP my case.  Not postpone working on it but totally DROP it.  Why?  She screwed things up so much that she knew there was no way out. Other attorneys will not even touch the case now.

When I contacted the partners to assign another attorney to the matter, there was ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY to dozens of emails and phone messages.  And it doesn’t stop there,

New Jersey’s Worst Law Firm – Hanlon Niemann in Freehold = Christopher Halon, Frederick Nieman, BONNIE WRIGHT and Michael Prashad

Joel Davies Does It Again - Flat Out Lies to Judge Cleary and She Bites and Swallows

Also coming this week, we will post the actual letter Joel Davies sent to Judge Cleary asking for an adjournment because  his client was out of the country.

1 - His client was in Colorado skiing.

2 - His client had a month's notice.

3 - His client was NOT required at the Hearing

BUT, since this client is Rob Fishman, who has consistently boasted about OWNING Judge Cleary, it was no wonder she granted the adjournment.  Till when?  Hmmm.  Whenever. 

This has been going on for two years where Judge Cleary REFUSES to Compel the Trustee to comply with her Order.

What is a Scumbag Judge that can be bought for a few bucks doing sitting on the bench. It is time we got rid of the stench like Judge Cleary. 

On the other side of this dispute is the Plaintiff who was scheduled for surgery at the Cleveland Clinic but now must cancel because Judge Cleary cut off the funds when she granted the adjournment.  It will be interesting to see what happens if the Plaintiff dies.

Since Judge Cleary took a bribe to adjourn the Hearing, isn't she guilty of murder if the Plaintiff dies?

Coming This Week - Hanlon Niemann Bails Out - Leaving Client to Crash and Burn

Beware of the Hanlon Niemann firm, and most specifically Bonnie Wright.  We will prepare a post on how the firm stumbled and fumbled, then decided to bail out, after tens of thousands of dollars in fees and expenses.  After pocketing fees for relatively doing nothing but educating themselves on the case, then failing to deliver when required in court, the firm decides . . . ooops, maybe this is too tough for us, and dumps the client.  Not only dumps the client, but ignores the client's calls and emails for more than a week! 

Its not just tens of thousands in fees and expenses down the drain, but precious time.  This little dance has wasted months and now another firm will not only have to take over the case, but they will have to struggle to clean up the mess left by Hanlon Niemann.

This is a classic example of why attorneys have a lower rating with the public than used car salesmen.
