Bad Attorney - Stephanie Hunnell, Belmar, New Jersey
When it comes to Rob Fishman, he knows how to buy his way out of anything. We just learned that his attorneys completely ignored Judge Cleary's December 19, 2011 Order regarding Rob Fishman's theft of assets from a Trust. Judge Cleary ordered him to make a full accounting of all assets AND appoint a new Executor.
But that's not all. You see Stephanie Hunnell was on the other side of this case, and she took a payoff from Rob Fishman to sit back and do nothing for her client. Talk about scumbag attorneys. Hunnell requested fees from the Trust, but she also took a cash bribe from Fishman AND then basically crapped on her client. When you look at the scumbag list of attorneys, Stephanie Hunnell joins Joel Davies and Paul Ritz as attorneys that steal from the dead.
Fishman simply put his contacts and cash to work, and Judge Cleary never did anything to enforce her very own Order, so Rob continued to steal from the Trust and remains the Executor today!
Rob claims he owns Judge Cleary, just as he boasts about owning Congressman Pallone, Mayors Schneider, Pringle and Mahon, as well as police chiefs and others. You might think it is far fetched, but considering Phil and Norman Konvitz were Rob Fishman's partners, none of this is far fetched.
Phil Konvitz controlled New Jersey's most successful Organized Crime Family for decades. He was considered untouchable, and that was quite evident as he was not indicted until he was in his 90's, on his death bed.
Rob Fishman's association with Phil and Norman Konvitz is most likely where he gained the muscle to force attorneys to do his dirty work, as well as his ability to own Congressman Pallone and Judge Cleary.
Not only did Fishman get away with ignoring the December 2011 Order, but he defied the system when he was able to steal his parents' assets, forge their Wills and then probate the Wills without notifying his brother and sister.
Attorneys Joel Davies and Paul Ritz were key in this fraud, as they filed false statements with the court and Judge Cleary looked the other way.
But the real glue for this fraud on the court is Mayor Adam Schneider. As Mayor of Long Branch, Phil and Norman Konvitz owned Schneider. That is how he got elected, and that is how he stayed in office, in one of New Jersey's most notable crime family towns. More to come on just how sleazy Schneider is.

Below is an exact copy of a rating complaint posted on www.LawyerRatingZ.com If you are considering hiring Joel Davies of Toms River to represent you in any type of estate, family planning or any other legal matter . . . think again. This guy is not only a total loser, but he will cost you money and leave you with grief. "Mr Davies gives a first impression that he cares about you as a client. He did not do any research on our case. The research our family did, we had given it to Mr. Davies, hoping to help our side of the case and he handed it over to the opposition. He also charged considerable fees for court appearances that we know for fact he never attended. When confronted on this, he claimed he put in much more time than what we were billed to justify the expense. We hired Mr. Davies in 2000, when the estate was settled in 2003 there was still a loose end that needed to tied up. It is now 2008 and the loose end is still hanging. Mr. Davies feels if we want to pursue the matter we need to pay him another $1500.00+. The family feels we paid him to do a job and he did not complete the job. We have since had to hire another attorney to try to finish this matter. Mr. Davies does not put the into your case unless there is a large profit in it for him. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy." |

And it is fitting we start with a scumbag that has violated one of the most sacred legal area . . . a parent's Will.
This creep actually assisted his client in discarding the Final Wishes of Joseph and Lena Fishman in favor of his own pocket and his client's evil desires. Rob Fishman is the younger son of Joseph and Lena Fishman who passed away in 2011. Rob had an older brother and a younger sister, yet he decided to steal his parents' assets, then forge new Wills and steal from his brother's Medical Trust.
His first attorneys, Mayor Adam Schneider and Paul Ritz of Monmouth County, were the attorneys that assisted Rob in forging the Wills and arranging for a Notary and two Witnesses to perjure themselves. But when they felt the heat, they stepped aside, and Joel Davies took on the task of assisting Rob Fishman in hiding and continuing his criminal activity.
When Rob Fishman was caught red handed trying to probate forged Wills, he pulled back and did nothing. He refused to provide his brother and sister with an accounting of the estates, even though Rob Fishman was the Executor.
Finally, when things quieted down, Rob Fishman, with the slimy assistance of Joel Davies, probated the Wills . . . without having to worry about Rob's older brother. You see, Joel Davies simply falsified the Proof of Service, so Rob's older brother never knew the Wills were being probated.
Absent any objections, the judge approved the probate of the estates, even though Rob Fishman had just stolen and hid the bulk of the assets, and then failed to properly divide what was left. All of this under the direction of Joel Davies, one of the scummiest attorneys you will ever meet. So if you are looking for a scumbag attorney, Joel Davies and his partners are at the head of the pack in Central and South New Jersey.
