Bad Attorney - Stephanie Hunnell, Belmar, New Jersey

When it comes to Rob Fishman, he knows how to buy his way out of anything.  We just learned that his attorneys completely ignored Judge Cleary's December 19, 2011 Order regarding Rob Fishman's theft of assets from a Trust.  Judge Cleary ordered him to make a full accounting of all assets AND appoint a new Executor. 

But that's not all.  You see Stephanie Hunnell was on the other side of this case, and she took a payoff from Rob Fishman to sit back and do nothing for her client. Talk about scumbag attorneys.  Hunnell requested fees from the Trust, but she also took a cash bribe from Fishman AND then basically crapped on her client.  When you look at the scumbag list of attorneys, Stephanie Hunnell joins Joel Davies and Paul Ritz as attorneys that steal from the dead.

Fishman simply put his contacts and cash to work, and Judge Cleary never did anything to enforce her very own Order, so Rob continued to steal from the Trust and remains the Executor today!

Rob claims he owns Judge Cleary, just as he boasts about owning Congressman Pallone, Mayors Schneider, Pringle and Mahon, as well as police chiefs and others.  You might think it is far fetched, but considering Phil and Norman Konvitz were Rob Fishman's partners, none of this is far fetched.

Phil Konvitz controlled New Jersey's most successful Organized Crime Family for decades.  He was considered untouchable, and that was quite evident as he was not indicted until he was in his 90's, on his death bed. 

Rob Fishman's association with Phil and Norman Konvitz is most likely where he gained the muscle to force attorneys to do his dirty work, as well as his ability to own Congressman Pallone and Judge Cleary.

Not only did Fishman get away with ignoring the December 2011 Order, but he defied the system when he was able to steal his parents' assets, forge their Wills and then probate the Wills without notifying his brother and sister.

Attorneys Joel Davies and Paul Ritz were key in this fraud, as they filed false statements with the court and Judge Cleary looked the other way.

But the real glue for this fraud on the court is Mayor Adam Schneider.  As Mayor of Long Branch, Phil and Norman Konvitz owned Schneider.  That is how he got elected, and that is how he stayed in office, in one of New Jersey's most notable crime family towns.  More to come on just how sleazy Schneider is.
